Privacy policy
Short version: we only collect what you send us through the contact form, we use it to reply, and we never sell it. This site has no cookies and no ads, and it only counts visits anonymously.
Who we are
This site belongs to Markup, Flow & Edge (MFE), a web design and development studio. Questions about this policy go to hello@getmfe.com.
What we collect, and why
- The contact form. When you send a message, we receive your name, your email address and what you wrote. We use them to reply and to talk about your project. Nothing else.
- Email. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and email address, and use them the same way.
We don't add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or rent your information.
What we don't collect
- No cookies, no advertising, and nothing that follows you to other websites.
- Fonts and every other file are served from this site, so no third party sees your visit through them.
- The speed numbers on the home page are measured in your browser and stay there. They're never sent anywhere.
- If you change the look of the page (the colours, speed or glass), your choice is saved in your own browser so it's still there next time. It's never sent to us. The "Reset" button clears it.
Visit statistics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It uses no cookies and stores no IP address. Each page view records only the page, the site you came from, your country or region, and your browser, operating system and device type. Visits are counted with an anonymous code that is discarded after 24 hours, so you can't be identified or followed across websites. See how Vercel Web Analytics handles privacy.
Who else handles your information
- Web3Forms delivers contact-form messages to our inbox. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
- Google Workspace hosts our email. See the Google privacy policy.
- Vercel hosts this site. Like any web host, its servers process basic technical details of each request (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the page and keep it secure. See the Vercel privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to reply and, if we work together, for the length of the project. Ask us and we'll delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Just email hello@getmfe.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
